Cédric Fontaine is an independent freelance web consultant and developer and has been the webmaster of e-commerce site Terroirs Québec since 2005. Prompted by a keen desire to demystify e-commerce in Quebec, Cédric became a founding member of L’ACLIQ, the sole organization of its kind for independent online retailers in Quebec, and is the administrator of the Innov X.O cooperative, which produces subscription-based web related information kits for Quebec businesses. He set up his first online store in 1999 in France and has continued expanding into different sectors.
